"Free, perfect, and now" is the name of an interesting book in the quality/statistical process control realm. This describes logistical aspects of the OPL world. As to price, free isn't the object, but pricing that reaches to the people is important. Perfect and now are undeniable as objectives. Ultimately, knowledge-driven universal coverage will create great, new markets, but others will go away. The logistical aspects of the program are of great interest, in that OPL objectives demand the best from all quarters of the globe.
