Central to the issue of health is nutrition. To put it bluntly, many diets around the world, particularly those introduced from the time of the Industrial Revolution, do not really support healthy lives. Guided by the OPL system, along with education and training, improved choices can be made, providing what is needed. Indeed, more satisfaction and improved performance and well-being are certainly possible.

Food historians inform us that our diets have largely been determined by who won wars in the past. This is hardly the best way to come up with good food. Our mantra is to piece together preferred cuisines from the varied sources of food in the world. Many of the indigenous cultures of the Middle East and Asia point to solutions that are more than proven, that have been lovingly groomed over generations.
