This is where lifestyles with wealth are different. Much of this has to do with health – outpatient services and hospital services in particular. Wealthy people benefit from these. Possibly, much of these is elective, but all of it needn't be. With OPL, there would likely be expenditures, but they would be more performance and sport oriented than medical and basic. This could have to do with age. Older people are more wealthy and they have more medical needs.

The other categories financial services, social protection, and education are also important, but virtually unavailable at lower levels.
