Commerce is a very good thing. Good trades can bring amazing results -- miraculous in some cases. This allows for supplementation of needs as well as opportunities for specialization, the application of personal talents and objectives. the OPL idea involves development of a system to extend opportunities past expectations without such a thing. Once the context of a person's conditions and desires are well-documented, amazing and wonderful things can occur that would be more difficult with “experts” on the scene. As organizational leaders control resources as well as administer public missions, their support is critical, particularly where programs, relationships, and networks are in the formative stages. Continued sponsorship and support of authorities is necessary to keep networks of cooperative parties alive, as such relationships tend to grow from tender shoots.
